The Forge at Accenture Federal Services in Washington, D.C., is an immersive experience center
designed for U.S. federal agencies to explore advanced technologies and tailored solutions.
Serving as a hub for reinvention, The Forge delivers innovative, technology-driven experiences supported by a custom content management system that enables deep personalization for every client.
In 2025, the space underwent a major remodel to create a more interactive and flexible environment where visitors can fully immerse themselves and engage directly with rapidly evolving technologies in the federal landscape. To bring this vision to life, Accenture Federal Services partnered with Dimensional Innovations, transforming The Forge into a dynamic, continuously evolving showcase where innovation takes center stage—enhanced by integrated lighting solutions from Traxon e:cue.
The reimagined experience is organized into several key areas, including the reception and elevator lobby, the hub, the sandbox, the control room, the stage, the expo, and the garage. Across these spaces, presenters can seamlessly control lighting and digital content via tablet, creating a cohesive and highly adaptable environment.
Lighting plays a central role in shaping each experience:
As a result of these updates, The Forge now brings together cutting-edge technology, immersive storytelling, and adaptive
environments—helping government agencies and partners accelerate innovation and achieve stronger mission outcomes.
