Sympholight I – New Technician Training
Join us for an in-depth training on the setup, programming, and implementation of e:cue lighting control systems. This class is designed to give technicians and power-users the information and understanding they need to start up, program, and troubleshoot most small to medium sized Sympholight systems. This class is a 3-day intensive and will cover the full breadth of Sympholight programming including patching fixtures, programming effects, ActionPad setup, scripting, and integration support.
This class is the first step in becoming a certified e:cue technician.

Sympholight Basics for Specifiers and Agents (In-Person)
This is an introductory course for specifiers, reps, technicians, or anyone who wants to achieve a basic understanding and familiarity of the Sympholight software and Sympl hardware. This course will focus on the basic functions of the equipment with the goal of providing attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to:
- Specify a Sympholight system
- Speak confidently about the most commonly used features of Sympholight software and Sympl hardware
- Create a basic Sympholight show file and ActionPad layout
- Assist with on-site start-up services for a basic Sympholight system
- Troubleshoot common (level 1) Sympholight on-site issues

Fusion Express Training (Hybrid)
This class is for agents and dealers who wish to sell and service the Fusion Express Platform. This course will be presented in-person in a 1-day session. For those who cannot attend in-person, this course will also be presented online. This class will focus on the Fusion Express hardware and showfile. At the end of this course, attendees will be able to install, set up, and service the Fusion hardware and manipulate, troubleshoot and customize the Fusion Express showfile to fit the needs of their project.
This course is required for agents and dealers who wish to sell and service the Fusion Express platform.
