By filling out the below form, the user acknowledges and confirms that all information provided is up-to-date. The user also ensures and confirms the accuracy of all documents and information. Please Note: Traxon will provide submittal drawings at no charge for all projects with a total value equal to or in excess of $25,000.00. For any installation with a total value of less than $25,000.00, a fee of $750.00 is required. Please work with your Traxon salesperson if your order is under $25,000.00.

Please note that we require the following documents in order to put together a complete submittal package:
  • Copy of design drawings. Said drawings should be extracted to show only the pages that pertain to Traxon gear. We will not accept full construction packages or design package.
  • There should be two (2) copies of the design drawings transmitted: One (1) copy that is clean, meaning there are no markups on it. The second copy must be marked up to show the location of all Traxon gear and any pertinent information that the CAD engineer will need to know to accurately build drawings for this job.
